Welcome to Cape Cod Northwest,
an Upscale Beach Rental home in the Road's
End area of Lincoln City, Oregon.

You'll enjoy 3100 sq ft of well-designed
living space in this custom home, built in
2004. Situated so that every room has a
view, you have the perfect spot for a family
reunion or gathering of friends. The main
level holds a luxurious Master Suite, with king
bed and tile shower for two. There is also a
Great Room, gourmet kitchen, and powder
room on this level. Downstairs you'll find a
Rec Room with mini-kitchen and queen sleep
sofa, two king bedrooms (one also has a
queen futon) with private baths, and a
laundry room. On the upper level, there is
another full bath and a loft with 4 twin beds.
Double doors open from the loft into a cozy
queen bed alcove. This house comfortably
sleeps 12-16.
Two expansive decks with HOT TUB
(1800 sq ft) allow you to enjoy the outdoors
without leaving home. You can BBQ on the
in-line gas grill and eat dinner while watching
the sunset over the Pacific. Nearby
floodlights illuminate the surf at night, so the
view is always spectacular! Enjoy it while
listening to underwater speakers in the hot
tub on the lower deck.
Cape Cod Northwest is less that 200 steps
from the beach access path which leads to a
secluded section of the Oregon coast. Enjoy
the sand and surf, or explore the many
activities available to you: Devil's Lake water
sports, Chinook Winds Casino, Tanger Outlet
Mall, Newport Aquarium, and all that nature
has to offer - hiking, fishing, boating and
more. Visit wine country or the Evergreen
Air Museum on your drive to the coast.
